Ragulator complex

Revision as of 13:37, 9 February 2022 by Michal Harel (talk | contribs)

The ragulator complex (Lamtor) is a pentamer which recruits mTORC1 in the rapamycin (mTOR) signal-transduction pathway and activates it[1].

Human ragulator complex proteins: LAMTOR1 coiled coil domain (grey and cyan) + LAMTOR2 roadblock domain (green and red) + LAMTOR3 roadblock domain (pink and gold) + LAMTOR4 roadblock domain (yellow and wheat) + LAMTOR5 roadblock domain (magenta and blue) PDB code 5y39
