TRAIL
FunctionFunction
TRAIL (TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand) functions as a ligand in the process of apoptosis[1]. TRAIL binds to death receptors DR4, DR5, DcR1 and DcR2. For details see Molecular Playground/TRAIL.
DiseaseDisease
TRAIL concentrations are reduced in rheumatoid arithritis[2].
