F-actin capping protein

F-actin capping protein (CapZ) regulates growth of actin filaments by capping the barbed end of the growing filament thus blocking the exchange of subunits at this end. CapZ is a heterodimer with α and β subunits[1]. For more details see Group:MUZIC:CapZ.
