FunctionFunction

NADPH dehydrogenase or old yellow enzyme (OYE) catalyzes the conversion of NADPH, H+ and acceptor to NADP+ and reduced acceptor. The acceptor is a quinone. OYE is a flavoenzyme with two cofactors: FAD and FMN.
