Death-associated protein (DAP) is associated with multiple cellular functions. DAP6 or DAXX interacts with apoptosis antigen. It has both pro- and anti-apoptosis functions. DAP5 is an inhibitor of translational initiation in differentiation and apoptosis. For more details on DAP5 see Death Associated Protein 5. 3D structures of death-associated proteinUpdated on 31-May-2025 Death-associated protein 53d3m - hDAP C terminal Death-associated protein 62kzs - hDAXX helical bundle domain – NMR 2kzu - hDAXX helical bundle domain + RASSF1C - NMR
