Death-associated protein (DAP) or death domain-associated protein is associated with multiple cellular functions.

  • DAP6 or Daxx interacts with apoptosis antigen. It has both pro- and anti-apoptosis functions.[1]
  • DAP5 is an inhibitor of translational initiation in differentiation and apoptosis. For more details on DAP5 see Death Associated Protein 5.
