Function

LUCI_OPLGR Catalytic subunit of oplophorus-luciferin 2-monooxygenase. Oxidoreductase that converts coelenterazine (the oplophorus luciferin) to coelenteramide under emission of blue light with a maximum at 454 nm. Is also active with bisdeoxycoelenterazine.[1]
