Function

PGAB_ECOLI Catalyzes the N-deacetylation of poly-beta-1,6-N-acetyl-D-glucosamine (PGA), a biofilm adhesin polysaccharide. N-deacetylation promotes PGA export through the PgaA porin.[1] [2]
