NAC2_ORYSJ Transcription factor that possesses transactivation activity (PubMed:16924117, PubMed:20632034). Transcription activator involved in response to abiotic stresses. Plays a positive role during dehydration and salt stress. Binds specifically to the 5'-CATGTG-3' motif found in promoters of stress-responsive genes (PubMed:16924117).[1] [2]
