Function

PGFS_TRYBB Catalyzes the NADP-dependent formation of prostaglandin F2-alpha from prostaglandin H2. Has also aldo/ketoreductase activity towards the synthetic substrates 9,10-phenanthrenequinone and p-nitrobenzaldehyde.[1]
