, sold under the trade name Revlimid among others, is a medication used to treat multiple myeloma, smoldering myeloma, and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS). See also [1]. On a molecular level, and target this enzyme to degrade the Ikaros transcription factors IKZF1 and IKZF3.
