Where can I find energies of protein conformers to make "a la" Metropolis MC animation for WebXR based Virtual Reality viewer at https://www.ibiblio.org/e-notes/webxr/mini.htm. I'm using 2fxy (with 15 low energy models) but didn't find energies in the paper. There are a lot of NMR PDB proteins at RCSB too. Maybe change conformers randomly with equal probabilities?
