Atoms are colored according to their relative <a href=\\"http://proteopedia.org/wiki/index.php/Help:Color_Keys\\%22 target=\\"_blank\\">temperature factors/B factors</a>: the uncertainties of their positions. \ Higher confidence (minimum occurring value) is blue; \ lower confidence (maximum occurring value) is red. \ Intermediate values (near the average occurring value) are white.\
