CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF THE HUMAN RAC3 IN COMPLEX WITH GDPCRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF THE HUMAN RAC3 IN COMPLEX WITH GDP
Structural highlights
2c2h is a 2 chain structure with sequence from Homo sapiens. Full crystallographic information is available from OCA. For a guided tour on the structure components use FirstGlance.
RAC3_HUMAN Plasma membrane-associated small GTPase which cycles between an active GTP-bound and inactive GDP-bound state. In active state binds to a variety of effector proteins to regulate cellular responses, such as cell spreading and the formation of actin-based protusions including lamellipodia and membrane ruffles.[1]
