Function

[A6Q234_NITSB] Catalyzes the deamination of aminodeoxyfutalosine (AFL) into futalosine (FL), a step in the biosynthesis of menaquinone (MK, vitamin K2). To a lesser extent, can also deaminate 5'-methylthioadenosine.[1]
