This is the protein Trypsin,it has <scene name='Sandbox21/Trypsin_alpha_helix/1'>alpha helices</scene> (shown in red) and also <scene name='Sandbox21/Trypsin_beta_sheets/1'>beta sheets</scene> (shown in blue), now the <scene name='Sandbox21/Trypsin_hydrophobic/1'>hydrophobic</scene> parts of Trypsin are on both the surface and inside.
Trypsin is an enzyme that breaks down protein, that is produced in the pancreas and then secreted in to the small intestines. The disease of cystic fibrosis is the result of deficiency in transport of trypsin and other digestive enzymes from the pancreas.
