I tried recompiling my pdb file using formal syntax this time (ENDMDL followed by MODEL ''number'') and proteopedia is still displaying my file as a giant sphere. NMR format pdb files..NMR format pdb files..
Hi, I tried recompiling my pdb file using formal syntax this time (ENDMDL followed by MODEL number) and proteopedia is still displaying my file as a giant sphere. Is it possible that it's just too large a file (over 8MB) for the server to display? --Daniel Seeman 22:30, 25 November 2008 (IST)
