This should make a checkbox to toggle ATP in a 3D Jmol browser:

This should make a checkbox to toggle ATP in a 3D Jmol browser but right now, the two parameters (Name, Selection) are not substituted for "ATP molecule" and "ATP" in the Jmol script, even though they substitute fine outside the jmol tags:
