Function[LOXA_PSEAE] Converts arachidonic acid to 15S-hydroperoxyeicosatetraenoic acid (HpETE) which is rapidly reduced to hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid (HETE). Could act on exogenous human-derived substrates to potentially modulate the local inflammatory responses during P.aeruginosa infections.[1] References
