[YAHA_ECOLI] Hydrolyzes c-di-GMP (cyclic bis(3'-5') dimeric GMP) to 5'-pGpG, known as PDE-A activity. PDE-B activity, that is hydrolysis of 5'-pGpG to GMP, proceeds only very slowly.
