Crystal structure of telethonin in complex with titin domains z1z2, 1ya5

Template:STRUCTURE 1ya5

Telethonin is found in muscle cells and binds titin Z1-Z2 domains. It is essential to sarcomer assembly. It is called titin cap protein. The images at the left and at the right correspond to one representative telethonin, i.e. the crystal structure of in complex with titin domains z1z2 (1ya5). See also Group:MUZIC:Telethonin.
