[[Thermolysin]] (TML) is a thermostable metalloproteinase enzyme from ''Bacillus thermoproteolyticus''.  It catalyzes the hydrolysis of peptide bonds  containing hydrophobic residues. The images at the left and at the right correspond to one representative Thermolysin ([[2a7g]]).
