I started working at the Center For BioMolecular Modeling in 2003 during my senior year at Kettle Moraine High School. I earned a B.F.A. with honors from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design with a major in Illustration and a Minor in Painting. After graduation in 2007, I took the position as Lead Model Designer, Animator, Illustrator, and Graphic Designer at the Center for BioMolecular Modeling at the Milwaukee School of Engineering.  My time is equally divided between the CBM, my science illustration freelance work, and many research and development projects for the private biochemistry education company 3D Molecular Designs. I have worked on the development of the Water Kit, the Amino Acid Starter Kit, the DNA Discovery Kit, online jmol and biochemistry animation resources, and hundreds of physical models of pdb based protein structures.  I expect to be starting my Masters Degree in Fine Arts in 2009 while continuing my work for both the CBM and 3D Molecular Designs.
