BACILLUS CEREUS METALLO-BETA-LACTAMASE (BCII) ARG (121) CYS MUTANT. SOLVED AT PH5 USING 20 MICROMOLAR ZNSO4 IN THE BUFFER. 1MM DTT WAS USED AS A REDUCING AGENT.
