Content added to "PDB entry pages" that was seeded from other resources is still subject to their licenses and copyrights, and does not fall under the GNU FDL license.
Only content added by Proteopedia Users falls under the GNU FDL.  Contributions by the OCA bot do not fall under the GNU FDL, as the OCA bot seeds information from external resources with their own copyrights and licenses.  The "PDB entry pages" have been seeded with content by the OCA bot.
