This page created 2020/12/16 after Jaim made changes to enable caption editing. 1. . This loads Image:6zgi-cavities.pngj When scene 1 was re-loaded, the caption DID APPEAR for editing, but in JSmol, the isosurfaces from the PNGJ file were not displayed. 2. . As in the SAT, the isosurfaces in the PNGJ file have disappeared. But the edited caption appears correctly. 3. , after further fixes by Jaim (2020-12-17). BOTH SCENE AND CAPTION ARE CORRECT. HURRAY! Scenes 4 and 5 use Image:6zgi-membrane-proximal-cavity-jmol-cr2.5.pngj. 4. . These isosurfaces take several minutes to calculate, but when saved as JVXL files, then loaded from the files and cached, and that saved into a new PNGJ file, the results appear in about one second! 5. This green link runs a JSmol script, loading the PNGJ file, and writing the caption directly. I have not been able to devise a method to color text in the caption. Anything with < or > creates an XML error (page cannot be saved). Using e.g. &lt; can be saved, but confuses JSmol which expects a new command after the ';'. Proteopedia's wiki lacks Template:Font_color: red text?. 6. Colored caption test:
