FunctionROP_ECOLX Regulates plasmid DNA replication by modulating the initiation of transcription of the primer RNA precursor. Processing of the precursor of the primer, RNAII, is inhibited by hydrogen bonding of RNAII to its complementary sequence in RNAI.
