This is complex of TrkA and NGF.

1)Ligands and parallel beta sheet

<scene name='54/545855/Parallel_b_sheet/1'>This</scene>
is parallel beta sheet and ligands in chain B.

The ligands are sugar and are attached to parallel beta sheet.
== The relative temperature of 4fhr ==
I used the relative color scheme to verify which parts of my protein chain has average higher temperature and which part lower. We know that the resolution quality works adversely with the temperature. The higher the resolution the lower the temperature and vice versa!

Probably, they interfaced with ASN95 and ASN121.

2)each chains temperature

<scene name='54/545855/Temperature/1'>each chains temperature</scene>
<scene name='54/545855/Charge/1'>TextToBeDisplayed</scene>
is expressed.

This figure says that the temperature of chain E and F is lower than that of chain A and B.

Especially, chain B is very high temperature, however, Chain A and B is the same sequence.

It is thought that the sample is not crystallized well.
