Caspase-6 is a CBI Molecules being studied in the University of Massachusetts Amherst Chemistry-Biology Interface Program at UMass Amherst and on display at the Molecular Playground.

Caspase-6 has been found to have a critical role in neurodegeneration diseases like Alzheimer's and Huntington. The experimental evidence is based on transgenic mice as well as in vitro studies.
