It's alpha and beta SUBUNITS (2 of each). Say something about the secondary elements (ie 5 alpha helices and 2 beta strands)
I see problems with greek letters on the JMol, so best to write out alpha and beta. Why did you highlight His which is not hydrophobic?

DeoxyhemoglobinDeoxyhemoglobin

The major oxygen-binding molecule in man, responsible for binding oxygen in the lung and transporting it to the tissues by means of circulation. Hemoglobin is an iron Fe chelate tightly binding one Fe where it carries a 2+ charge(ferrous ion). If no oxygen molecule is bound it is called deoxyheemoglobin. Deoxyhemoglobin is a tetramer of . The is shown here. Deoxyhemoglobin contanis a , as well as an ampipathic surface. The chain of HIS is highlighted in blue. The chain of PHE is highlighted in green.
