The basic amino acid residues as well as in proteins exhibit positive charges, whereas acidic amino acid residues exhibit negative charges. Therefore its virtually accepted that all proteins have positive or some negative charges. Considering the fact that the protein is consisted of the basic amino acids, so the net charge of the protein is considered to be positive. In the other hand if the protein contains an excessive amount of acidic amino acid residues, the net charge would eventually be negative and eventually acidic. I used the relative color scheme to verify which parts of my protein chain has average higher temperature and which part lower. We know that the resolution quality works adversely with the temperature. The higher the resolution the lower the temperature and vice versa!
