==Video 3: Topic vs. Seeded pages==

This video explains the difference between ''seeded pages'' that have been created automatically in Proteopedia for the over 200,000 [[PDB]] entries , and human-authored articles on broader topics like "Hemoglobin" and "Acetylcholinesterase". (See also [[Topic pages]] and [[Proteopedia:Table of Contents]].)

The contents and design of seeded pages has been improved since this video was made, but this video still provides a useful overview.

==Video 4: Editing, formatting, and styling text on a page==
This video suggests that you practice editing text on the [[Sandbox]] page. Once you are ready to create your own page, see the instructions at [[Help:Getting_Started_in_Proteopedia#Your_First_Article]].

==Video 5: Uploading an image or file and adding an image to a page==

Video 5 will show you how to upload an image or file to Proteopedia as well as how to add an uploaded image to a page.
Also available are [[Help:Uploading_molecules|instructions for uploading a "molecule" or PDB file, and incorporating it into a molecular scene]].

==Video 6: Adding a 3D applet (3D structure) to a page==

This video will show you how to add a 3D interactive molecular scene to a page in Proteopedia.
{{Font color|red|This video is largely obsolete.}} In particular, it is usually far better to put all of your 3D scenes into a single new feature called a ''StructureSection'' that is automatically present when you create a new page. If needed, you can insert a ''StructureSection'' into your page by clicking this new button [[Image:Structuresection-button.png]] at the top of the page (which was not available when the video below was made). 

To see what a well-developed ''StructureSection'' looks like and how it works, visit the page [[Hemoglobin]]. You will see that all the green links place their molecular scenes in the single JSmol at the upper right, and the text (with embedded green links) can be very long, scrolling next to the molecular scene.

Still, the video below will give you a general idea.

This video gives a basic introduction to adding scenes (green links) to pages in Proteopedia. It has been updated to use the newer ''StructureSection'' method.
