Tryptase inhibitor
Tryptase inhibitors (TI) are protein inhibitors of tryptase belonging to the group of Kazal-type inhibitors and exhibiting a distinctive disulfide pattern[1]. RelevanceTI are used as anti-inflammatory agents in treating asthma and other airway inflammation diseases. Tryptase was found in elevated levels in various kinds of allergic inflammations.
