Ribosomal protein P0
FunctionRibosomal protein P0 (RPLP0) is one of the 3 phosphoproteins in the large 60S subunit of the eukaryotic ribosome. RPLP0 is a functional equivalent of E. coli RPL10 protein[1]. RPLP0 monomer forms a pentamer with dimers of RPLP1 and RPLP2. RelevanceRPLP0 may be one of the major target antigens of anti-endothelial cell antibodies in patients with mixed connective tissue disease[2]. References
