Visualization of conformational change (morph) upon serpin hydrolysis. Based on 1k9o and 1ezx. Only the serpin protein is shown (even though the structures contain trypsin as well). The frames were modeled by linear interpolation between the two structures (swiping from left to right, i.e. coordinates on the left reach the final position earlier than coordinates on the left). The loop moving the most was modeled using thee program O (i.e. by hand) to maintain connectivity throughout the morph.
